Broad-based Black Economic Empowerment
This B-BBEE assessment is based on the provisions of the BEE Act (Act 53 of 2003) and the B-BBEE Codes of Good Practice, gazetted on 9 February 2007 by the Department of Trade and Industry.

This assessment has been conducted, based on the 'Qualifying Small Enterprise Scorecard'.

The 'Employment Equity', 'Preferential Procurement' and 'Enterprise Development' elements have been excluded for purposes of determining the Client's B-BBEE Contribution Level as provided in the Codes of Good Practice, published on 9 February 2007. (i.e. QSEs must select any 4 of the 7 B-BBEE Elements for measurement purposes.)

This assessment has been conducted based on the information provided by the Client. It was not part of Grant Thornton's mandate to verify the accuracy of the information provided. Grant Thornton accordingly cannot express an opinion as to the accuracy of the information provided by Client, and accepts no liability in this regard.
